Accidentally purchased a second licence

Hi there, I’ve accidentally purchased another licence for my website. My visual composer went down and I was advised to update the theme, to do this I thought I needed a new license so purchased a second. I actually didn’t need this in the end as files were in my account. How do I get a refund for this?
