The problem here is that I can’t download v3.1.1
When I downloaded the theme from account > Downloads it is still v3.1

I can’t even download the latest version of the theme. It is still v3.1 when I download it from my account > Downloads

Hi,

I changed it to ‘WordPress’ and thumbnails are showing now.
