Thats because i have had to disable them to make site usable. ill attach a screenshot below.

this happens at blog listing which uses the file framework/functions/blog-content.php – which is called by template-blog.php

Im aware of script enqueueing in wordpress – what i asked was, which of the JSs are necessary for the theme (except sliders, fancy effects) to work correctly – ie, the responsive stuff, compatibility stuff etc.
