went for

PopUp by Supsystic.

Went for the free and that worked fine, but wanted to change colours and have an exit pop up so bought it.

You have to install the free version first via WordPress Plugins. Then install the full version from a downloaded zip and the import plugin function in Plugins.

Worked straight of the bat. Check out http://www.vrcraftworks.com

Popup appears after 3 secs as we are doing a mail-chimp campaign.

thought it was beyond a simple fix by me.

A couple of final questions though.

Is it worth deleting the non used stuff?
On the portfolio page is it possible to get the item images to fit the allowed spaces?

already done. Tried saving with it on, and then saving with it off.

Current setting is:

[attachment file=”button.jpg”]

The box is unticked but clicking the button opens a new tab/window.

yes it does but as it comes from a Static Page Portfolio Page Segment on Home2 for consistency we would like it to go back to that point on the static page.

Not a separate Portfolio Page. It just seems out of place.

Any work arounds or fixes would be superb.

I want the in page buttons to reference in page sections. How do I label or where do I find the “post” reference for each section?

As putting in a url like for a custom menu does not seem to work…
