    Hi!

    Please add it as a regular page and send us the site URL so we can help you disabling that

    Hi!

    You could add your own background under Appearance > Customize, but we could help you with the custom css also, if you want something different!

    Hi!

    Probably no, but make sure that you are uploading the right file (the theme folder not the main zip you’ve downloaded) and that your server allows big uploads.

    Also you’ll probably need to delete current one then upload the new one

    Hi!

    I believe this one is the same as https://www.livemeshthemes.com/support/forums/topic/pricing-shortcode-2/

    So I’ll set it as resolved ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hi Frallan,

    Could you send us a link to your site so we could check your duplicated logo?

    Hi!

    You don’t need to reply in private anymroe ๐Ÿ™‚ We use that for test credentials or private date so other users won’t have access to it (only the support team)

    Please try this code:

    body .smallCallToActionRight .box-frame {
        padding: 7px;
        background-color: #EEE !important;
    }

    Hi!

    Yes, you just need to replace old theme with the new one.

    But if you have changed theme files you’ll lose your customization, to avoid that you’ll need to create a child theme. Settings and content will be fine

    Also it’s always better to perform a full backup ๐Ÿ™‚
