Ok, thanks, indeed it works much better that way!
And that explains why I couldn’t see the logo on my Macbook as it’s screen uses retina display.
Anyway, thanks again for your help!
pierrecouchardMemberOk, thanks.
Now there’s an error message:
“Sorry, there has been an error.
File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.”So I guess I’ll just have to contact my hosting provider.
pierrecouchardMemberThis reply has been marked as private.pierrecouchardMemberHi,
No, I didn’t manage solving this issue.
I’m using a Mac and it only works with Firefox. But when we visit the website with a Windows PC, it does work properly with all browsers.
Same, when I load the website from an iPad or an iPhone, I can’t see the logo.
Seems to be some kind of issue with Apple devices…
pierrecouchardMemberCleared the cache but it still doesn’t work.
pierrecouchardMemberHi,
Here’s the link of my website:
http://unneek-antiques.com.auYes, I’d love to use your sample data and I’ve tried importing the theme’s sample data but it did not work.
It’s this file “extinct-sample-data.xml” right?Thanks,
pierrecouchardMemberHi,
I’m having some problems inserting shortcodes.
I’ve tried locating line number 286 (approximately) of framework/admin/tinymce/tinymce.js file but I don’t know where to find that file for starters.
Thanks!
