Sorry this is not possible without customization of the theme. Specifically this is a really difficult with Revolution slide since it employs umpteen effects and CSS3 constructs. I do not know any theme which has achieved this.

July 21, 2014 at 4:59 am in reply to: strange text in excerpt instead of the correct text , in blog #8148RaghavendraModeratorIt can be changed in the excerpt box in the post edit window. More information on excerpts here –
http://codex.wordpress.org/Excerpt
You can use the option “Show Content in Archive Pages” in the Blog tab of theme options to display a part of the initial text part of the post.
RaghavendraModeratorCan you post a private message here with the link to the site so that I can check what really is happening? Thanks
RaghavendraModeratorLooks like this could help –
It is best to have the hosting support solve this issue for you. Only they would have access to some of the php config files that need to be edited.
RaghavendraModeratorLooks like the plugin WP Catalogue Pro is unloading JQuery and loading its own version causing the site to break. Pls deactivate all plugins once to see if the problem goes away and reactivate one by one to identify the culprit. Thanks!
RaghavendraModeratorCan you pls post the specific portfolio where this is happening? Thanks! If this is happening for all of them, you can use the following Custom CSS to get rid of the image –
.single-portfolio img.featured { display: none; } The image showing up on the top is by design- we by default display the featured image on the top instead of forcing users to manually insert it for each portfolio.
RaghavendraModeratorYou can prevent logo overlap with this custom CSS. No need to reduce the logo size for the same –
#site-logo { top: 0; }
The revolution slider is inserting a margin of 25px on the top. You probably have some setting there which is telling it to do the same.
RaghavendraModeratorYou can use the following Custom CSS in the theme options –
.contact-form button { color: #FFF; background-color: #46A5D5; border-color: #37B4EE #1C8BBE #1C8BBE #37B4EE; }
RaghavendraModeratorYou can do that easily with Custom Fields function of wordpress. There is more information and some sample code here –
RaghavendraModeratorPagination is at present not available in Extinct for filterable portfolio. For pagination, one needs to use the regular portfolio page like the one here –
https://www.livemeshthemes.com/extinct/portfolio-three-columns/
However if you need that function and much more, you can try using the Essential Grid plugin from ThemePunch (creator of Revolution Slider). It provides you with unlimited options – pagination, filtering, sorting, loads of hover effects, support for custom post types like our portfolio. I have tested it and works really well. More info here –
RaghavendraModeratorI misunderstood your query. Pls try to change the value of the option “Tagline for Blog Posts” in Header tab of theme options and see if that helps. Thanks
RaghavendraModeratorIn the child theme, have a file named single-portfolio.php file which will override the one in the parent theme. In that file, you can delete, modify or rename the fields shown in the portfolio page. Thanks
RaghavendraModeratorSorry I should have been a little more clear on this. Looks like you have set the header height in the option “Height of Header”->Specify in Pixels the desired height of the header in the Backgrounds tab of the theme options. Pls remove the same. Thanks
RaghavendraModeratorYou have a look in the Custom Heading Options in the page edit window. If you have the sample data imported, you should see the custom HTML there which has the Blog title.
