Thanks for the reply, how can i make this specific to the services page tho? Presumably if i was to enter the suggested code in the Custom CSS it would effect all pages.

Thats a negative i’m afraid 🙁 Any other ideas? Sure it must be a common issue.
Hi, thanks for the reply but unfortunately the suggested fix is having no effect on the aforementioned problem, I’ve played around with lots of combinations of %’s but the effected pages appear unchanged. Any other ideas?
Thanks again in advance.May 19, 2014 at 12:54 pm in reply to: WordPress 3.9 – Shortcode panel not inserting content #6906
Hi, after lots of help from meteorite i have my header looking how i want but i have one final question, i’d like to keep the layout as is (if possible), but would like to reduce the amount of (mostly dead) space the header takes up – it’s nearly occupying a third of the total screen size, which is compromising a lot of the available space for the more important visuals and text on the screen. Is there a way anyone can suggest of fixing this? Thanks again.
Nailed. Thanks for all your help on this 🙂
Hi, i’m still getting lots of problems trying to centre everything on my site,
http://www.cliftoncreative.co.uk – i’ve been given a few fixes in the previous posts but still can’t seem to get the site logo, primary menu and page content to all line up – they all appear centred, just now with one another. Is there anything else i can try? Many thanks
PS it looks as tho both the logo and primary menu need to be shifted to the right to get it to line up with the page, slider etc
Hi, I’d like to change my fonts over also. I’ve uploaded the fonts i require via filezilla with the font squirrel web font generator to my child theme. Whats the best way of now activating these? Is there some CSS code anyone can recommend to switch over from the default Arvo family or do i need to go about it in a different way? Thanks in advance
