It is safe to do it via FTP. There are plugins like WPIDE –

that can help do this but I do not recommend them since if you make a really minor mistake, it can bring the whole website down and unless you have access to FTP, you won’t be able to bring it back on.

If this is a test site, you can do one more thing – have the theme zip file with the updated PHP file and then go ahead and update the theme by deleting and reuploading or by using a plugin like –

Hi admin,
I resolved that problem, Tk so much.
But I have another problem when I try to start one post.
When I creat a post in page, I can not use any form to write a post, and it shows:

“Notice: wp_richedit_pre is deprecated since version 4.3! Use format_for_editor() instead. in /home1/duhocwor/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3406”

What does it mean? And how to fix it?

This issue is related to the plugin ckeditor. You may need to update this plugin.
Pls report this in their support forum ,they will help you in this matter.
