Widget header area

i want to put social icons on header area but i don’t find where to put on site (no widget area)

Is it necessary that i download a special plugin ?

Pls go to “widgets” and drag social networks widget to Header area and save it. You are done!

Thanks but i write this question because i don’t have header area on my widget section.

You ‘ll find in attached file a print (pdf) of my widget menu (no header area)

in fact, what i want is to put a slider like box of facebook/google+ on the extrem right of my header contents (primary menu)
