You should be able to see a Set as private reply box when you reply.

Now your site seems ok . I have deactivated some third party plugins pls activate the plugins one at a time and see which plugin is causing this issue.

Regarding rev slider slider visibilty – mobile- You can adjust device visibility in slider settings .
