Website can not be found

Hello,

I like your template very much. I setup our website as best as I could.
http://www.snoerre.dersurfshop.de
Now, the website cannot be found on google at all.
I am no expert at all and having some difficilties. I would appreciate your help and hints.

Two Issues:

FIRST
The name of the page and brand has a special character “ø” (snørre).
It is used in the texts throughout the page. Where should and could I implement the alternative writing “snoerre”?

SECOND
The portfolio entry did only include fields I could not use, like “Project URL” and so on.
I could not find a way to edit them.
So I setup 6 pages for our 6 product-items. Without using the portfolio at all.
This is bad for when I need to add a new product.
And it seems to be a bad choice for search-engine-optimization.
Where are the meta fields to put in the main chatchwords (or topic tags) of a product?

Could you pls explain what you are trying to achieve? It will be very helpful if you could you give us an example.
