Hi, I have a “Video Agency Header” page section set in my website.
The video playback is not working well, it plays for a pair of seconds and then restarts.
I would like the video to play its full length and then loop. This is the segment code:
[segment id=”agency-header” class=”hero-header” background_color=’#374a4e’ background_image=”/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/Captura-de-pantalla-2015-09-24-a-las-13.30.11.png” parallax_background=”false” background_speed=”0.3″ overlay_color=”#00000″ overlay_opacity=”0.2″ pointer_down_url=”#agency-intro” youtube_bg_url=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xbIajVOatf8″%5D
[heading2 title=”We are an award winning design agency” pitch_text=”We build awesome products for forward thinkers.”]
[/segment]

Have you tried using any other video and see if the problem can be reproduced. When I tested in my test installation, the video seemed to loop every 4 sec or so and the video length is 5 sec as seen in YouTube meta.
September 30, 2015 at 10:50 pm #16821MindsetMemberI have tested using other videos and the result is the same.
Take this one for example:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FYXMghecCNgThe looping behavior is easy to spot there. But sometimes it loops well and sometimes it doesn’t.
[segment id=”agency-header” class=”hero-header” pointer_down_url=”#agency-intro” youtube_bg_url=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FYXMghecCNg”%5D
October 1, 2015 at 1:21 pm #16834RaghavendraModeratorI did some tests on my local machine and you are right – the looping is not consistent. I took the latest version of the plugin and that seemed to make it consistent but the player skips the last portion of the video (last second or so). Let me get in touch with the author of this plugin for a solution. Will get back to you soon.

October 3, 2015 at 10:58 am #16902RaghavendraModeratorSomeone already has an issue open looks like for this –
https://github.com/pupunzi/jquery.mb.YTPlayer/issues/127
Is it ok if I provide just the URL of your page there so that the developer can take a look? The author wants a URL where the issue is seen.
October 4, 2015 at 4:24 pm #16916MindsetMemberWell, we’ve ditched the video and placed an image as background because we needed the website to work in order to go public. We can’t put the video again until we’re certain that it will work properly 🙁
October 5, 2015 at 12:29 pm #16934MindsetMemberLet me know if I can do anything else in order to help!
October 6, 2015 at 1:09 pm #16952RaghavendraModeratorI will create a page section on my demo site and let the plugin author know. Will use the example video link sent by you. Thanks.

October 16, 2015 at 5:22 pm #17180RaghavendraModeratorHey sorry for making you wait on this. I just created a test page and opened an issue on GitHub with the plugin author. Hopefully he will be able to help us with this –
