    If my browser is full-width, the video doesn’t load all the way.

    I have checked in IE 11, its working fine.May i know which version of IE you are using?

    Try it with your browser screen maximized. Then load the page.

    I am using ie 11 and we have confirmed it doesn’t load properly on different systems using IE.

    I figured out the problem. I have a 27in monitor. If the browser window exceeds a certain width, the video doesn’t work properly.
