How do I remove the sample blog posts?

Also how can I change the image and the text on the slider?

Pls go to menu “posts” in the wp-admin area and delete the post which you don’t require.

Go to post edit page and find Advance Entry Options, header options, Post Thumbnail options etc.
Under post thumbnail heading find option “Images for thumbnail slider” and add images there.
