Use Filtrable option in blog page.

Im writing you to inquire because at the moment i can’t filter the categories i have created in my blog page: http://www.wineyes.net/blog/.

I want to create an effect that looks like this (for the blog post):

Is it possible to do it with a template page or do i have to used a shortcode?
