Can you pls provide more details? Are you saying the site widgets don’t show up or site itself has gone down? Have you tried deleting the plugin from plugins folder through FTP to bring the site backu? Will need more details.
Pls provide a temp login to the site in case you have access to WordPress admin.Thanks
