Unknown and strange bug

The content still exists on your site. Looks like your site is hacked and some malicious script is inserting ads/links and hiding the content via CSS. If you do a view source in the browser, the content still exists. You will need to change your password immediately and cleanup all plugins, scripts installed.

I disabled all plugins but no luck. Looks like the site has been hacked at the server level and is not something that can controlled at WordPress level. Generally, the hosting support would know how to fix this since they would have encountered such issues before. We are not the best people to look into this since we have never dealt with such a situation before.

Can you pls contact the hosting support to resolve this? Worst case, you will need to do a clean install of the entire site after taking an backup of wordpress contents using export/import tool. Hope this helps.

I moved the files and database(sql dump) on my local server, but the problem persists. The problem is not hosting.

Pls do a clean WordPress install and do an import of the export file from your site using WordPress Importer plugin. That way the content will remain but the server will be cleaned. Pls do not copy any files from the existing site.
