Unable to use "Add Theme Shortcode"

Thanks for the great theme! I’m having trouble trying to add shortcodes using the visual editor and built-in shortcode tool. When I select a shortcode, and try to insert, the drop-down menu quickly changes to segment, but nothing is ever inserted. There isn’t a list of all the shortcodes, so it makes adding shortcodes difficult. I’ve tried with both Chromium and Firefox, the OS is Linux.

Has anyone else had this issue?
