Unable to add contact form in footer widget

We want to add a contact form in the footer widget, as shown in your theme’s liveview in themeforest: https://www.livemeshthemes.com/themes/?theme=Appdev

We also went through the theme documentation, and found that the contact form is part of 9 custom widgets that are supposed to be a part of the theme. This is mentioned in the ‘custom widgets and sidebars’ section of the documentation.

However, when we go the ‘widgets’ section of wordpress dashboard, we don’t see this custom widget (screenshot attached).

Please let us know, how we can add this custom form.

To add a contact form to a widget area, just add a text widget with following content –

[contact_form mail_to="recipient@mydomain.com" subject="false" web_url="false"]

There is no separate Contact Form widget as such in Appdev. More details on the shortcode in the documentation.
