Two sets of arrows when displaying portfolio section

I am displaying portfolio items on the home page of a new site, and it seems two sets of arrows are displaying to navigate next and previous. The ones that display over the image, I would like to get rid of if I can. Is that possible? See attached. The site is: http://swflpdc.org/production

Can you try uploading bigger sized images? We can shrink in this page if required but the page it links to requires bigger sized images. And the pretty photo lightbox will look better when you have bigger sized images. Otherwise we should not be showing that link at all since the image is small and benefit of lightbox will be lost. Hope this helps.
