Translation Ready ?

Hi i’m from Brazil, i bought this theme and, where are the translations?

I bought enigmatic because the description of the page is that exist translation for pt-BR, but when I open the file, the file contains only english words, with no translate!

If the file exists, it necessarily need to have the translation, if not, the theme is not prepared for the language specified but to accept the translation of the same.

I was between you and the theme avada, that has translation.

Anyway, now I have to translate!

If you can make it clear, would be better, so others do not make the same mistakes that i did.

Sorry for the confusion – it is a normal practice to mention that translation files are included which just means that the template files are there. This is the reason why Avada says explicitly “Includes multiple languages already translated”. I modified the wording this way to be more clear –

“The theme comes with translation template files for few languages – French, Spanish, Italian, German and Portuguese. You can use these to get a head start on your translation effort.”

Hope this clears it for others at least. If it is too much of an effort for you to translate, may be you can request for a refund by referring to this post and also the dashboard which has an image which probably was the cause of confusion. Thanks.
