Toggle Text Does Not Hide/Show

Hi,

I’m having a problem with all the toggles for my sites. I think this problem started happening after I updated WP and my plugins.

None of the toggles on any of my sites are working. When I click the “plus” icon, the toggle does not open.

I saw that there were two other posts with the same problem, but those were private so I was unable to find the solution. Thanks for your help!
