Team Widget – Animation not working

I set up a test Team Widget on this page and it works pretty well except that the top two team members animate at the same time, in stead of one after another. Is there a way to delay slightly, the entry of the second team members line?

Second issue, is that when I copy this widget into a production page here the animation does not work? Its the exact same widget, just pasted into a new location. How do I fix this?
