Tagline for Blog Posts

Is there a way to make the “Tagline for Blog Posts” be the title of the actual blog when on the single post page? I see the option under Theme Options > Header to change the title from “Blog” to something else. But it would be great if that could be the actual title of the blog instead of just saying Blog or even something custom that is the same on each page.

Please let me know if this is possible.
