Sidebar for Portfolio Items

Hi there

I’ve been trying to find a way to customise that default sidebar on Portfolio Item pages. Not the Portfolio landing page, but the page where you see the actual item (case).

In a nutshell: trying to make this sidebar here (http://www.saystay.com.au/test3/portfolio/consetetur-sadipscing-elitr/) look like (http://www.saystay.com.au/test3/saystay/).

The sidebar for Pages are easily customisable, and I was expecting to have this same flexibility on Portfolio. Hope it’s a doable thing. Any thoughts?

It is do-able and way to go about this –

Edit the file single-portfolio.php at line number 100. Replace the call to function mo_display_portfolio_details() with

mo_display_sidebar('portfolio');

and you should be good to go. You will need to populate the widget area named ‘Portfolio Area’ under Appearances->Widgets to see some widgets here.
