Services widget bullet points

In the demo of the services widget the last example has bullet points as the description. None of the styles seem to copy this way, they all list the description as a paragraph. How do I duplicate this example on my own site?

In the “short description” section pls add the details as in the attachment.
We have used style 3 there BTW.
