Scroll menu CAPS

hi

i have been trying to change the top menu to title-case and i have tried everything but cannot adjust the text. when scrolling down it changes correct. But when going back up the page goes uppercase.

Please advise how to make the title-case.

Current at top position LANDLORD would like this to be Landlord
