    Hi Everyone,

    Pardon my ignorance, hopefully this is a quick fix.

    I’m in the process of creating my first website using the Extinct theme.

    The zip file was successfully uploaded to my dashboard however the problem I am facing is creating the Revolution Slider. The instructions guide me to upload the plug in from the zip file, however the following error appears:

    “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.”

    “Plugin install failed.”

    Could someone please assist with this?

    I want to continue creating but can’t get past this first speed hump.

    Can you pls post a temp login as a private message here? We will take a look and have the slider installed on your site. Not sure exactly why you are seeing this message.

    Hmm, I’m having trouble with that.

    I’ve added the User Access Expiration plug in but not sure how to send it to you with a temp log in.

    I see the revolution slider installed on your site with many sliders in place. Is this issue resolved now?
