MemberHello,
On the following website, I am experiencing responsive layout issues. Please see the attached screenshots taken from my Android device. Here you can see that certain sections do not carry over to the right side of the screen all the way. You can also see that in Firefox landscape, the Team Profiles layout is very broken.
How is this remedied? I am building a website for my new mobile app and I will need the website to be fully responsive.
Thank you.

ModeratorThings look fine on my iOS Chrome as well as Safari. Is it any better on Chrome on Android? Is it a general problem on Android or is it browser specific? I am not sure how many actually use Firefox on Android.

MemberI am seeing this problem in ALL Android browsers. Firefox, Chrome, Dolphin, and Roboform which is a Safari browser.
Many people use Firefox for Android. As you know it’s one of the most popular browsers in the world, second only to Chrome. Firefox for mobile takes up just under 20% of the market.
This is a pretty major issue that makes the theme appear, for lack of a better word “jenky” and unrefined. No offense of course.
Thank you.

ModeratorI will check this and get back to you. If it is happening in all browsers, we must attend to this. Thanks for reporting this. Only issue I see this issue may be specific to a particular Android version since it is happening across all browsers. Let me get back to you on this.

ModeratorI checked your site in my android device using various browsers and found that the issues you mention is happening only when I am using firefox. But unfortunately I couldn’t replicate the same issue with our demo site.
I see there is a javascript error thrown by the “Woocommerce gateway Amazon payments Advanced” plugin that you are using. This may lead to some of the javascript on your site to not work (such as the iPhone slider).
I would recommend you to disable all plugins once and see whether everything works fine. Then we can know which plugin is causing this issue and can rectify the issue if possible. If you can post a temp login to your site as a private message then I can see which plugin is causing this issue.
Thanks!

MemberI’m totally confused at this point. It initially looks like it was the Amazon Payments Plugin causing the Team Profiles issue. I disabled that plugin and I didn’t see the issue any longer. Then I re-enabled it and the issue is still gone… Any ideas?

ModeratorNot sure really. May be there was an update to woocommerce or the payments plugin itself to fix this.
