Remove mobile menu and code

Hello, I would like to remove mobile menu that is by default. I will be using my custom menu as part of that change so, I need to remove mobile menu.

I can just use

#mobile-menu-toggle {display:none;}

But I would like to get into details it could help me take out some of the loading time.

Can you please explain me here.
