Reducing space between inidividual page elements on home page

Hi

I am using the demo home page, and would like to reduce the space/height between the individual page elements. Specifically the intro section and the campaigns section. While editing the individual elements, I have ensured there are no additional lines etc., but still a large gap. I have attached a screen grab to show the issue.
