Reducing Padding/Margin/Border

Im having trouble reducing the padding between two objects in my landing page. The design options in the column settings seem to do nothing. What can I do?

I’d like to remove some of the space between the contact form and the phone number and between the raw HTML and the images near the top of the page.

You can adjust the padding (default: 90px) of each segment in visual composer row settings.
