reduce gaps between menu item

Hi,

How do 1:

1. reduce the gaps between the Main Nav bar menu items
2. put a link to the homepage in the picture in the header (not the logo)
3. change the font in the Upcoming Events widget so it matches the font used by the INVENT theme (Middle footer widget)

1.Pls use the below custom CSS in themeoptions –

padding: 0 10px 0;
