Question about payment scheme

Hi,
I just purchased the peak theme and payed 49$. Right after I realized that there was another option for purchasing it here: https://www.livemeshthemes.com/products/peak-charity-theme/ where it is shown that for 59$ you can have domain name, lifetime free upgrades, lifetime premium support, extensive documentation, etc. but when I click on the text box, nothing happens and if I click on the black box right below, I am redirected to the check-out page which is the same page I used for purchasing the theme…..So what about all of these wondefull options are they still available for the 49$ price or this arrangement is no longer available???
Looking forward to hearing from someone who know about this
