Question about one page menu

Hello,

how do I set up a one-page/menu that
– shows all the page sections in menu above
– and is automatically scrolling down to the page section when clicking on the menu items, without actually loading a new page?

Must be simple…

Kindly go through the first section in the documentation called Installation which should explain in detail how the single page works and how to configure the page sections.
