    Did not add key on initial support registration
    No place to enter key now
    Cannot access/download purchased product
    Please advise how to proceed.

    We can create a user account for you if that is what you mean by not being able to access your downloads. Once the account is created, you can access the downloads. Can you pls share the purchase details pls so that I can create the account for you?

    I would also like to know if you deactivated the free version of the plugin. Thanks.
