problem with God Knows…

Hello. I don’t know whats happening in my wordpress or theme, i’m trying to migrate my wordpress from one host to another. i’m not so professional, but from what i was researching i have a problem with my htaccess. or any other file.
I have either: prompts for download a file (usually the current page im visiting), either 500 error, either redirecting to my old domain name in another host.

please help
