Problem with anchors

Hello, i have a problem with the anchors of the web, but only when I access the web from a external link.
If I use the upper menu to move to an anchor of the current web there is no problem. But when I use the menu to go from one page to another page section, the result position in the web is wrong.

Smooth scroll effect (internal links) works only for top level menu items, it doesn’t work for sub level menu items.

Can you pls clarify the query ? Are you asking about internal links ?

internal links works. But when i add a link from another page to this anchors, the final position is wrong.

if you use the menu in the main page

it works perfectly, but if you use it from any other page all the positions are wrong.

I have deactivated “scroll to anchor” plugin and now everything seems ok .

hello and thanks again for the help. It is still failing. You can test it using the menu from this web for example:

http://s632207230.mialojamiento.es/wordpress/portfolio/controles-y-encuestas/

If you click on “clientes” or in “contacto”, the final position is not good.

I see in the live preview of the Agile theme the same problem. This links many times takes you tu clients section instead of contact section.
