problem VC TEMPLATES

Good morning, my problem is that when I load a saved template VC Templates and edit a block, loads the editor a few seconds and closes quickly.

If I create a new text block once loaded a template text editor is opened but not charged the editor options.

I updated the latest version of the theme and wordpress version 4.2.2

Have you updated to the latest version of the visual composer? You can find the same in framework/plugins folder in the latest update of the theme. Looks like there was an update for 4.2. Pls post a temp login in case the problem persists.
