Primary menu (smooth scroll) issue with external links

hello,
WP Agile is a realy great theme but I found an issue with the primary menu.
I have two menus, the first one is for the single page on the home page and it works good. The second one is for internal pages and here I got the issue. In the second menu I have a link to the single page (home page) like this one: mysite.com/#contattaci. On click the web site should go on the home page to the contact section, but this doesn’t happen and the page just scroll to top.
I think the problem is the SmoothScroll plugin that don’t allow the primary menu links with an #tag to exit the page.

I have exactly the same issue. Even using the imported demo-content.
If you’re on the home page the section scrolling works. But when you have other internal pages open, the menu is dead.

Pls unzip and upload the attached file to the folder js/lib – replace the existing file (pls rename the existing one as .bak just in case you need it) with the attached one.

Thanks for the quick response. It works perfectly now.
It would be a good idea to include the fixed plugin in the theme package itself. I downloaded it from themeforest yesterday so I don’t have some old installation package.
