I have imported all my posts from my previous site, however I would like them to show as news. Is there a way to convert all posts to news?

Also, how can I add social media icons to the header? Like they did on this website: http://www.lincoln.edu.ar/

You can add custom links to header menu and can insert icomoon font icons .
eg:

<i class="icon-facebook3"></i>
