Post Carousel issue + excerpt length

Hello,
On my website, I can’t edit the size of post’s titles in Post Carousel widget.
Please, take a look this short video, I recorded a short video to show you.

Also, I need to change excerpt length to 20 symbols. Is there a way to do that?
I’ve tried to add php code like on this official WP instruction, but there is no result

In my test installation am able to change the entry title font size.

Not sure why it is failing in your site. Will you share a temp login to your site with specific page link here as a private reply, we ll take a look.
