Portfolio Not display correctly.

I have created 2 pages
1) http://www.accuretech.com/portfolio/
2) http://www.accuretech.com/our-portfolio/

1 displays the portfolio items in full width but doesn’t display the all the items. Doesn’t display pagination.

2 doesn’t display in full width but displays all the items.

End results that i want:
– I want to display portfolio items displayed in full width of the page.
– I also need pagination for my portfolio items.
– i also want squares / thumbnails for my portfolio items to be equal sized.

To create portfolio pages, pls use page template Portfolio and Filterable Portfolio (dropdown on bottom right of Page Edit window). Looks like both of the the above pages are not utilizing any of the portfolio templates. One is an archive page which I do not recommend using (lack of flexibility) and the other one is default page template.
