MemberHi,
I have just inserted some portfolio items and then all the portfolio items got jumbled up into random order. On one computer the portfolio items are in random order, and on another computer they are in a different random order.I don’t know what I did to activate this random order. I would like to say where my portfolio items are placed.
Here is an example of my problem:
WP Backend
- Item 1
- Item 2
- Item 3
- Item 4
Portfolio Page on Site
- Item 2
- Item 1
- Item 4
- Item 3
Thanks!

MemberSorry for not getting back to you sooner, I was on vacation. Before, I was using the page template “Portfolio 3 Column Sorted Full Width”. I just tried the shortcode
[show_portfolio number_of_columns=3 post_count=50 image_size='medium']
That fixed my sorting problem now the shortcode uses the most recent portfolio item first. One question though, how can I get the shortcode to display all portfolio items or to create pagination when it reaches the limit of posts? Right now I’m telling it to display 50 posts, but I want it to display unlimited for now, and then later I would like to change it to 20 and enable pagination. How can I do this?
Thanks!

ModeratorPagination is at present not available in Extinct for filterable portfolio. For pagination, one needs to use the regular portfolio page like the one here –
https://www.livemeshthemes.com/extinct/portfolio-three-columns/
However if you need that function and much more, you can try using the Essential Grid plugin from ThemePunch (creator of Revolution Slider). It provides you with unlimited options – pagination, filtering, sorting, loads of hover effects, support for custom post types like our portfolio. I have tested it and works really well. More info here –
