Portfolio image – link to another page.

I’m currently using the portfolio section on the home page because I love the fact I can have a category area to select from. However, I don’t want to link the images to the portfolio pages, rather I would like the image to go to another page I created. Is there away to change that link? I mean, I can use the basic image gallery in visual composer, but here is not an option for categories.
