Portfolio hover background color

the background color for protfolio buttons do not follow Custom Color for the Skin.

I changed Custom Color for the Skin for #0a5a7d, but the backgroud color for portfolio button, stil is #fe5000.

I already insert the code bellow at Custom CSS section:
a:hover {
color: #0a5a7d !important;
}

Any idea to solve my problem?

Can you pls post the link to the site so that I can take a look? Does the below Custom CSS in theme options help –

#showcase-filter a:hover, #showcase-filter a.active, #showcase-links a:hover, #showcase-links a.active {
background: #0a5a7d;
border-color: #0a5a7d;
}
