Portfolio full width doesn't show on mobile

When I use the code below, it doesn’t appear on a mobile device. Any ideas?

BTW Can you pls deactivate all plugins once and see if that makes any change or not?

I see no issue, Its appearing on mobile device also .

The portfolio section doesn’t load on my iPhone (fine on browser).

We found no issues on iPhone in both Safari and Chrome iOS browser .
Can you check in somebody else’s mobile device?

It definitely isn’t loading on my mobile (or other peoples iPhones).

To confirm, you need to go to this page http://hrs.th3build.co.uk/consultancy/ and look out for the four boxes (Consultancy 1 / Consultancy 2 / Consultancy 3 / Consultancy 4).

Can you pls tell me the OS version on your phone and phone model. I have the latest iOS 10 version and have no issues viewing the four boxes mentioned by you.
