Plugin installation failed.

Hi, I downloaded the theme and tried to install.
but I got this error message and couldn’t install it.
“The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin installation failed.”
I thought may be some other plug ins did something, so I deactivated everything and did it again but failed.

Could you help me on this?
