PARALLAX Not Working with Agile Theme!

We’re trying to get the Agile Template to display exactly as the demo does…but ours is not working right because Parallax is not either enabled or included…or working properly…

I see that the parallax is working fine and everything looks normal. Can I know which browser are you using to test this?

All browsers we checked, FireFox, Opera, Chrome, IE…

Isn’t parallax supposed to work, like when you click a menu item, then it jumps/hops down the page…?

We click it then goes to the ball that changes colours, then turns into a square…and then it goes to the area requested…

Its not an issue, but it is an intentional page loading animation.
If you dont require page loading animation pls go to Appearance -> Themeoptions ,and in general tab there is an option to disable smooth page load.

Ok so don’t think we are on the same page. We need Parallax working, so that when we click a menu item at the top, it jumps down the page to the item. For example, if I click on the Services menu item…it should automatically hop down the page…

Do you have some documentation on how to enable Parallax? We had the
Parallax theme and it worked there, and your Demo works like this…how do we enable it on our site? It does not work for us, it goes to the
animated ball/square, then it goes to the menu item.
